Cindy Kroon (born 1975) has been a member of the Executive Board of Vattenfall in the Netherlands since 2022, initially as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and, as of 8 September 2025, as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), alongside her role as Vice President C&S Customers NL.
Cindy began her career at Nuon Business in 2003, where she held various management positions within the Sales division, focusing on business clients, consumer customers, and customer service.
Before joining Vattenfall, Cindy worked as a Business Consultant at KPMG, where she started after completing her Business Administration studies at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
