Kees-Jan Rameau (born 1962) was appointed Chairman of the Board of Management of Eneco as interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO a.i.) effective July 4, 2025. He had already been serving on Eneco’s Board of Management since February 1, 2017, in the role of Chief Operating Officer Integrated Energy (COO-IE). Prior to that, from April 1, 2008 to February 1, 2017, he was a member of the Board of Management of Eneco Holding N.V. He joined Eneco in early 2004 as Director of Strategy and was appointed Director of Business to Business in early 2007.
Before joining Eneco, Rameau held strategic, financial, and operational roles at the Boston Consulting Group, TPG (now TNT), and McKinsey & Company. He studied applied physics in Delft and earned an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.
