Resi Becker has been Essent’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since February 1, 2022. Before becoming CEO, she had leadership responsibilities at Mail Netherlands, where she managed a team of about 30,000 employees. She was also a member of the Executive Committee of PostNL, a leading Dutch mail and parcel delivery company.
In addition to her role as CEO at Essent, Resi Becker holds other positions. She is a commissioner of Menzis, a Dutch health insurer, and a board member of the Prinses Máxima Centrum Foundation, an organization dedicated to pediatric oncology.
Resi Becker studied Technical Business Administration at Eindhoven University of Technology. Her education and extensive experience enable her to apply a broad knowledge of business processes and leadership in her role as CEO of Essent.
