Wouter represents the common interests of heat members with a good sense of political relations and with extreme precision. Wouter’s work includes the creation of the Collective Heat Supply Act, and the role of biomass in making collective heat systems more sustainable. Wouter is also passionate about working to make the built environment more sustainable. Wouter’s experience outside the energy sector allows him to zoom out well, actually bringing an enlightening perspective to work with members to achieve the desired goal.
