Energie-Nederland’s response to the draft legislation for gradual phasing out the feed-in scheme

Yesterday saw the first term of debate in the House of Representatives on the draft legislation to phase out the feed-in scheme. Energie-Nederland supports the draft legislation for gradual phasing out of the feed-in scheme. In addition, we see a number of areas where improvements to the draft legislation and the resulting General Administrative Order (AMvB) are desired.
